Amanda Seyfried is putting her foot down when it comes to filming graphic sex scenes.
The Oscar-nominated actress was speaking on a panel at the Hamptons International Film Festival where she admitted that she recently turned down a role on a hit series due to the amount of on-screen sex required.
'Our jobs are weird,' she told fellow panelist Alec Baldwin, according to People.
'And as I get older, it gets weirder. We have to be romantic with people that we're not romantic with.'
She continued, 'Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's really uncomfortable. But I can't believe back in the day I was just like, "We gotta make out. Great! This is awesome. I know how to make out."
'And it used to be so fun. It was a non-thing. It was like, "I get to make out with a hot person today, and they’re paying me.'"
Amanda Seyfried has revealed that she's no longer taking on racy roles with graphic sex scenes
The 40-year-old's raunchiest role was in 2013's Lovelace, where she played porn star Linda Lovelace
But Seyfried, now 40 and a mother of two, says that she no longer takes racy roles.
'I passed on a show where I would have to have sex all the time because of the sex. Doesn't matter [who it’s with]... I don't wanna do it. I'm uncomfortable with it. I'm not into it right now,' she explained.
'I have kids now who are paying attention to what I do,' she added, referring to daughter Nina, 9, and son, Thomas, 6, who she shares with estranged husband Thomas Sadoski.
However, Seyfried admitted that she hasn't completely closed the door on raunchy acting roles forever.
'Maybe if [the project] came along again, maybe I'd be in a different space. But I don’t wanna deal with being naked with a stranger,' she said.
The Mean Girls actress has appeared nude in a couple of films throughout her career, most notably 2013's Lovelace, in which she played porn star Linda Lovelace.
She also had nudity in last year's The Testament of Ann Lee, which featured a 'graphic' birthing scene.
'This movie, it needed to be graphic, so, like, I had a prosthetic butthole,' she told BBC's The Scott Mills Breakfast Show.

Seyfried recently announced her seperation from husband Thomas Sadoski, whom she shares two children with
'I was pregnant and naked but I wasn't naked at all, and at the end of the movie, I'm standing in front of a burning building with just a merkin. I felt so free.'
Seyfried will next be seen in the thriller The Life and Deaths of Wilson Shedd.
Last month, Seyfried surprised fans when she announced her split from husband Sadoski after nine years of marriage.
The couple broke the news in a joint statement that read: 'We have been separated for a while, and it's proven to be the right move for us and our family unit. We've got each other forever - and it's GOOD.'
The actress went on to share a poignant quote about living fully, forgiving others and keeping your heart open.
'Defend your heart, do whatever it takes to keep it open despite what it has been through. Forgive, not just others, but yourself, as well,' part of the quote read. 'Yes yes yes,' she wrote.
It's unclear exactly how long the pair have been separated, but during their last public appearance in January, they appeared close as they posed for photos together.
