The Wisconsin Badgers have officially regained their position as the No. 26-ranked team in the country.
UW may have had a bye this past weekend, but that didn't stop them from receiving 92 AP votes.
Officially, that makes them the highest unranked team in the country. Once again, they received votes in both the US LBM Coaches Poll and AP Poll, though they remain outside the top 25 in both of them.
UCLA soared in the US LBM, so it comes as no surprise to see them go up nine spots in the latest AP Poll as well. Heading into a crucial Week 7 showdown, the Badgers now know they'll be taking on the No. 12-ranked team.
Previously, Wisconsin received as many as 102 votes, though this time around, they only needed 92 to be the highest-voted unranked team.
The most notable team behind the Badgers is Oregon. The Ducks received 86 votes and were just defeated by the Bruins in a low-scoring affair.
