AYALALAND Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) has secured Taiwanese solar component manufacturer Suntoward Tech Philippine, Inc. as a tenant at its Pampanga industrial facility, where the company plans to begin its first Philippine manufacturing operations in the first quarter of 2027.
In a statement on Monday, the listed industrial and logistics company said Suntoward had secured more than 3,800 square meters (sq.m.) of gross leasable warehouse space at ALogis Mabalacat 1 within Pampanga Technopark.
Suntoward also signed a long-term lease for an 8,200-sq.m. industrial lot at Batangas Technopark in Padre Garcia to accommodate its planned expansion.
The company plans to manufacture, fabricate, and assemble high-density polyethylene (HDPE) floats, walkways, and mounting components used in floating solar photovoltaic (FPV) systems.
According to ALLHC, Suntoward intends to supply renewable energy developers, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors, and industrial customers in the Philippines and overseas.
“We are excited to establish our first operations in the Philippines through ALLHC’s facilities,” Suntoward President Jack Wang said.
“This investment allows us to bring our manufacturing capabilities closer to key renewable energy projects in the region. We are confident that this partnership will help us serve our clients better while contributing to local industrial growth,” he added.
ALLHC Chief Operating Officer Patrick C. Avila said the company’s industrial facilities are intended to accommodate businesses establishing or expanding their operations in the Philippines.
“By providing industrial facilities in strategic regional locations, we aim to support businesses as they establish operations, expand capacity, and serve their markets,” he said.
ALogis Mabalacat 1 is accessible through the North Luzon Expressway and Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway, while Batangas Technopark is accessible through the South Luzon Expressway and Southern Tagalog Arterial Road Tollway, according to ALLHC.
ALLHC is the listed industrial and logistics arm of Ayala Land, Inc.
