Trump Says He Knows Nothing About Possible Weekend Strike on Iran Claimed by Envoy Barrack
US President Donald Trump dismissed comments by Ambassador to Turkey and special envoy Tom Barrack, who said a US strike on Iran “absolutely” could occur this weekend.
Barrack told Mario Nawfal: “Could there be a strike this weekend? Absolutely.” He stressed Trump remains open to a deal with Tehran and that any action would not seek regime change, only reduced threats and restored balance.
