Everton will host Chelsea in an early kick-off on Saturday afternoon, while Fulham will take on Hull City.
Manchester City will tackle Ipswich Town at the Etihad Stadium, while Newcastle United will clash with Aston Villa on Saturday evening.
On Sunday, Leeds will host Manchester United, and Brighton will take on Crystal Palace.
Stating his prediction, Sutton backed Everton to play 1-1 with Chelsea at home.
