MIAMI — Treasure AI, the Agentic Experience Platform, wrapped Agentic World 2026 last week at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa. Across three days (Oct. 5–7), more than 500 enterprise marketing, data and technology leaders saw agentic AI move from slideware to live execution, including a keynote where Treasure AI took a clothing brand from idea to ready-to-send customer journey in real time.
Treasure AI CEO and Co-founder Kaz Ohta announced Digital Worker, a governed AI teammate that turns customer signals into action. The company also launched Personalization Studio, a real-time website personalization workspace, and announced it will price email on customer engagement, such as clicks, rather than send volume. FUBU founder and Shark Tank investor Daymond John headlined the event, and Treasure AI recognized its top customers at the 2026 Treasure AI Customer Awards.

, Treasure AI Chief Product and Growth Officer Rafa Flores launched a clothing brand on the spot. Using Treasure AI Studio and the newly announced Personalization Studio, the team went from an initial idea to a research-based audience strategy, then to a multi-stage agentic customer journey with ready-to-send emails.
“It’s one thing to run a canned product demo at a conference, but quite another to create and launch a clothing brand that didn’t exist that morning — live, on stage, over hotel Wi-Fi,” said Greg Kihlstrom, martech advisor, host of The Agile Brand podcast and Agentic World speaker. “Treasure AI showed that going from an initial idea to a research-based audience strategy to an agentic customer journey with ready-to-send emails can happen in the time it takes to deliver a keynote.”
, Ohta announced Digital Worker, a purpose-built AI teammate that moves marketing work from customer signal to insight, recommendation and action. Built on Treasure AI Studio, each Digital Worker has a defined role and goal, and it works only with governed customer context and approved tools.
“Digital Workers run on demand, on a schedule or proactively, always within team-defined permissions and guardrails,” said Ohta. “We’re very mindful about keeping the human in the loop here. Teams set the strategy and boundaries, and the worker handles the defined work. People stay in control of strategy and relationships, and the worker brings them in for judgment and approvals at key moments.”
Featured speaker Daymond John shared his take on brand-as-culture in the age of agents, and why speed and vision will separate the companies that win the next decade.
“As we let AI handle the mundane tasks, we’re moving into an era when we can be more human,” said John. “That human connection will separate you from everybody else, because you’ll let AI do 80% of the work, put your human touches on it, and that connection will take you further than the competition.”
The program paired main-stage keynotes and fireside chats with tactical breakouts, hands-on training and live product demos. Standout customers of Treasure AI, like Michaels, Nestlé Mexico and Sony, shared important insights. In a Miami take on Hot Ones, special guest Joe Stanhope, VP and principal analyst at Forrester, joined Rafa Flores. They ate increasingly spicy Miami food while trading uncomfortable questions about AI, customer data and the future of marketing.
Other special guest speakers like Ian Oprendek, managing director of private equity at OpenAI, discussed overcoming trust issues in AI, while Karina LeBlanc, RAJ Sports EVP and Olympic bronze medalist, discussed AI’s future in women’s sports. She and the RAJ Sports team championed one of the first agentic experience platform to partner with women’s sports, announced earlier this year.
On Oct. 7, Treasure AI presented its 2026 Agentic World Customer Awards, which recognized customer innovation. The awards honored individual practitioners for platform excellence and organizations for measurable business impact. Customer Use-Case Awards recognized a professional information services organization for deploying AI agents that reduced market analysis timelines from four weeks to on-demand insights, while freeing approximately 80 analyst hours monthly. Another winner reduced its message production time from more than 24 hours to one hour through predictive, affinity-based engagement. The awards celebrated customers and practitioners using data and AI to translate them into practical business outcomes.
Attendees started their mornings with sunrise yoga and “Run at the Speed of Now,” a group run led by Dan Weirich, Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Treasure AI, and Rafa Flores. One evening, Havana Nights brought Cuban charm and old-Havana swagger to the resort, with signature cocktails, live entertainment and, as the invitation promised, “zero reason to leave early.”
Treasure AI customers had a great experience at Agentic World as well. Camille Landau of Paychex said, “This was the best conference of its type I’ve attended. The attention to detail was extraordinary and the attendee experience reflected great thoughtfulness.” Guillermo Amarillo Ramirez Flores of Omnicom Media Group called it “insightful, interesting and passionate.”
