Antoine Griezmann is a FIFA World Cup winner and now an MLS record holder.
Making his latest case to be named MLS Newcomer of the Year, the Orlando City superstar became the first player in MLS history to record at least one goal contribution in 11 of his first 13 MLS appearances during the Lions' thrilling 3-3 draw with Toronto FC at BMO Field on Wednesday night.
The French legend, who had 1g/1a in Wednesday night's thriller, has been the focal point of Orlando's resurgence in the second half of the season. He has 10g/6a across 13 league matches as the Lions have climbed up to seventh in the Eastern Conference.
Notably, Orlando are yet to lose a game this season across all competitions when Griezmann gets on the scoresheet (8W-0L-1D).
Griezmann and Orlando continue their Audi MLS Cup Playoffs push when they host D.C. United at Inter.co Stadium on Saturday (7:30 pm ET | Apple TV).
