KUALA LUMPUR: The Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) has announced the appointment of Datuk Ashari Kasnan as its chief executive, effective Nov 1, 2026, succeeding Datuk Mohd Noorazam Osman who has served since Jan 1, 2025.
