The Singapore-flagged container ship 'GFS Pride' has sunk in the Strait of Hormuz after being struck by an unidentified object. While all 21 crew members were rescued, another vessel, the 'GFS Giselle', also sustained damage. The Iranian IRGC claims that the ship sank after hitting a naval mine. Meanwhile, the UN's maritime agency has reported that at least 24 sailors have been killed in attacks on commercial vessels since the conflict began.
