Andrew Haney, Twentynine Palms

Gregory Mora, La Quinta

What he did: Mora had it all working during Friday's win over Palm Springs, rushing for 191 yards and two touchdowns as the Blackhawks steamrolled the Indians to move to 3-0 in league play.
Deegan Storm, Yucca Valley

What he did: Deegan Storm has a great sports name, and it was called a lot on Friday night as the Trojans may have picked up the most impressive win on Friday. Storm had three rushing touchdowns as Yucca Valley won on the road against a Banning team that was 6-1 heading into the game.
Chief Togafau-Paleafei, Desert Hot Springs

What he did: When you win 48-0, something probably went right in the trenches and that points right to OL/DL extraordinaire Togafau-Paleafei for DHS on Friday. The athletic big man opened holes for the offense and created havoc on defense.
Adam Tremper, Indio

What he did: Tremper played a large role in helping the Rajahs earn a crucial 22-20 overtime win. Tremper rushed for two touchdowns on the night, including the overtime score for Indio.
Damian Walls, Shadow Hills

What he did: Walls, who has recently been moved into the QB spot, showed his value there, throwing for an amazing five touchdowns to lead the Knights to a wild win over Palm Desert. You like chunk plays? The distances on his five TDs were 1, 18, 26, 30 and 74 yards.
