The Kuwait General Fire Force administratively closed 25 establishments for regulatory violations during an inspection campaign in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area on Tuesday, October 13. The campaign also resulted in 45 notices and 10 warnings being issued to other establishments for failing to meet fire safety requirements.
The inspection was supervised by Brigadier General Omar Abdul Aziz Hamad, Acting Deputy Chief of the General Fire Force for Civil Protection. The campaign formed part of the force’s ongoing efforts to strengthen fire prevention measures, enforce safety regulations and ensure that establishments comply with the required standards.
