Brown due in court in London
The changes come as Brown prepares to return to the United Kingdom for sentencing at Southwark Crown Court on 26 October as reported by Briefly News.
In July, the singer pleaded guilty to affray over an incident at Tape nightclub in London in February 2023.
Prosecutors alleged that he struck music producer Abraham Diaw with a bottle. Brown had initially faced more serious charges, including assault and attempting to cause grievous bodily harm, but those charges were dropped after his guilty plea to affray.
Affray carries a maximum sentence of three years in prison under UK law. Brown was released on bail after entering his plea and must return to the UK for the hearing.
