T.O.P’s latest appearance has netizens fixated on his changed visuals.
On October 23, the former BIGBANG member was spotted at Incheon International Airport as he departed for his solo fan meeting, T.O.P PRE-STUDIO 2026 in Bangkok — his first official event meeting fans since his relationship with idol-turned-actress Nana went public.
Photos from the appearance soon gained attention among Korean netizens, who were shocked by T.O.P’s surprisingly “aged” appearance.
One netizen zeroed in on his lips, claiming they looked “so much thinner” than before, while others turned to the condition of his skin.
This is T.O.P. leaving the country for an overseas engagement. It feels like it’s been a while since I last saw his face, but his lips have gotten so much thinner?!ㅠ
They say your lips get thinner as you age, and I guess it’s trueㅠ

The negative attention on 38-year-old T.O.P’s appearance comes as the couple continues to face backlash over their relationship. Some netizens have criticized Nana for dating T.O.P because of his 2017 conviction for marijuana use, while some of T.O.P’s own fans have also withdrawn their support for him.
