SACHEON — The South Gyeongsang Investment Agency, an affiliate of the Gyeongnam Investment and Economic Promotion Agency, said on the 22nd that it is conducting investment promotion activities at the 2026 Sacheon Air Show, which runs through the 25th at the Sacheon airfield and surrounding areas.
This year's event has been expanded from a spectator-oriented show into an industry gathering that combines an aerospace and defense industry exhibition with business-to-business and export consultation sessions.
The investment agency is operating a joint promotional booth with the Hadong office of the Gwangyang Bay Area Free Economic Zone Authority, where it is presenting key sites such as the Gyeongnam national aerospace industrial complex and the Daesong Industrial Complex in Hadong, along with success stories and support programs.
The agency is also promoting the province's aerospace ecosystem, centered on Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) in Sacheon and Hanwha Aerospace (012450.KS) in Changwon, and offering one-on-one tailored consultations to companies considering new investments or new facilities.
