A look at Thursday's Connecticut girls cross country conference championships:
ECC
Woodstock sophomore Emelia Langevin ran a time of 19:51.3 at the Norwich Golf Course to win the individual championship, a year after being the runner-up to Lyman Memorial senior Hazel DeLucia. Ledyard junior Maggie Littler was second in 19:57.6, and Woodstock freshman Reese Rimoczy took third in 20:02.5.
East Lyme won its second straight team championship with 64 points. Norwich Free Academy was second with 71 points, followed by Woodstock with 84 and Ledyard with 93.
East Lyme's Kathryn Wren (20:11.7) and Olivia Ibrahim (20:18.9) finished fifth and sixth overall to lead the way for the Vikings.

Hale-Ray freshman Ashley Brining continued her fantastic first season with an individual conference championship, running Madison's Hammonasset Beach State Park course in 18:22.1. Haddam-Killingworth senior Charlotte Behnke was second in 18:54.4, and sophomore Alyssa Behnke was fourth in 19:08.5 as the Cougars scored 39 points and won their 11th straight team championship. Lyme-Old Lyme sophomore Parker Fedorich was third in 19:08.4.
Lyme-Old Lyme was second with 50 points, and Cromwell was third with 57.
