The NBA released its annual survey of its general managers on Oct. 15, and one Milwaukee Bucks player was at the top of their list when it came to the question of "which rookie was the biggest steal at where he was selected in the draft?"
A whopping 30% of the league's top decision-makers picked Brayden Burries as that "steal," placing him far and away ahead of Toronto's Allen Graves, Philadelphia's Labaran Philon and Cleveland's Meleek Thomas. Each of those rookies received 10% of the vote.
Burries was picked No. 10 by the Bucks out of the University of Arizona. Graves (No. 19) and Philon (No. 22) were picked later in the first round and Thomas (No. 34) was a second-round selection.
The Bucks' second pick in the draft, Nate Ament, also received votes in the survey. Ament was originally drafted by Miami at No. 13 but was selected for Milwaukee as part of the Giannis Antetokounmpo trade.
