Molly-Mae Hague is extending her influence in footwear. The British fashion entrepreneur has teamed up with Adidas Originals for a second limited-edition sneaker release, introducing the Samba Slate on Friday, Oct. 23, as demand for her earlier Matcha colorway continues to generate attention.
Available now at Asos and select Adidas retailers, the latest collaboration revisits one of the German sportswear company’s most recognizable silhouettes, this time through a distinctly autumnal lens.
The Samba Slate trades the pastel green and pink combination of Hague’s first release for a heathered gray upper, tonal overlays, and contrasting off-white Three Stripes. The familiar gum outsole remains intact, while a double-laced design adds dimension to the otherwise minimalist sneaker.

A neutral take on the classic Samba, this collaboration pairs a gray upper, contrasting white stripes, double laces, and a gum outsole.
The collaboration reflects a broader shift in Hague’s career from reality television personality to fashion entrepreneur. Since appearing on the British dating series “Love Island” in 2019, she has built a substantial social media following, held a creative director position at PrettyLittleThing, and launched her own fashion brand, Maebe, in 2024.
Her relationship with Adidas has become another extension of that business, translating her recognizable personal style into products for an established global footwear brand.
The partnership debuted in April across the U.K. and Europe with two café-inspired designs: the Adidas Samba Matcha, rendered in pale green with pink accents, and the Superstar II Latte, a cream-and-brown sneaker with the model’s signature shell toe. The Matcha and Latte colorways later release in the U.S. today, Oct. 23, and sold out within minutes, creating momentum for latest Slate drop on Asos.
Unlike its predecessor, the Samba Slate takes a quieter approach to color, relying on texture, tonal contrast, and familiar design elements rather than a statement-making palette.
Shoppers who missed the Matcha release earlier today can now turn to the Slate, while the Superstar II Latte remains available at Asos, with select sizes also available through Adidas.
