We got a barnburner of a Game 1 of the World Series Friday night, with Milwaukee jumping ahead 2-0 in the first inning and holding on for a 3-2 win, stranding the tying and go-ahead runs in scoring position in the ninth inning.
Let’s see if Game 2 Saturday night can live up to the hype. Tampa Bay has ace Drew Rasmussen, who has been nails this postseason, after electing not to start him on normal rest in Game 1. The Brewers are countering with Logan Henderson, who was a revelation in their rotation during his first full season.
Can Tampa Bay afford to head back home down 2-0? Or does it need to win a game and flip homefield advantage before beginning a run of three straight home games Monday?
Follow along and share your thoughts here once the game gets underway at 8 p.m. on Fox.
