Under the initiative, customers can avail a complimentary 30-point vehicle health check-up covering air-conditioning, battery health, tyres and wheel alignment, engine oil and coolant levels, electrical systems, CNG systems and EV-specific diagnostics.
The company is also offering a flat 10% discount on extended warranty packages, Tata Motors Genuine Accessories (TMGA) and Roadside Assistance (RSA) across its ICE and EV range.
Customers can additionally opt for easy equated monthly instalment (EMI) options on extended warranty and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) packages, according to the press note.
The service camp is available at authorised workshops nationwide, although the company has not specified any additional eligibility conditions or whether the offers vary across locations.
Camp runs until November 14
Tata Motors said the initiative was intended to make vehicle maintenance more convenient during the festive season, when families often travel to meet relatives or take holidays.
The complimentary checks cover both conventional vehicle components and systems specific to CNG-powered vehicles and electric cars, allowing customers across different powertrain options to access the service camp.
The offers on extended warranties, genuine accessories and roadside assistance are available across the company's ICE and EV portfolio, while EMI options apply to extended warranty and AMC packages.
