Even Healthcare, an integrated managed care company, has raised $50 million in a Series B funding round led by existing investor Khosla Ventures, with participation from Alpha Wave. The round triples its valuation from the previous raise 18 months ago and takes its total funding to over $120 million.
In August 2026, Entrackr hadexclusively reported that the company was set to raise Rs 208 crore, or $22 million, in a Series B round led by Khosla Ventures, with participation from DLB Ventures, Simon Fiduciaria and others. In January 2026, Even Healthcare raised$20 million in a round led by Lachy Groom and Alpha Wave.
The latest fundraise comes after the company laid off around 350 employees in August 2026, asreported exclusively by Entrackr.
The proceeds from the latest round will be used to launch five new hospitals across Bengaluru over the next six months, the company said in a press release.
Co-founded in 2021 by Mayank Banerjee, Matilde Giglio and Alessandro Ialongo, Even Healthcare operates a membership-based healthcare model that offers primary care, diagnostics and hospital services. Unlike traditional hospital chains, the company focuses on continuity of care and patient recovery, with care teams managing patients across consultations, diagnostics, hospitalisation and post-discharge recovery.
Even Healthcare is yet to file its FY26 financials with the Registrar of Companies (RoC). In FY25, the company's revenue surged over fourfold to Rs 25.43 crore from Rs 6.24 crore in FY24. Its losses increased 24.5% to Rs 90.15 crore from Rs 72.40 crore during the same period.
The company said it serves more than 2.5 lakh members across 10 cities.
India's healthcare startup ecosystem has seen investor interest in membership-based and integrated care models that combine primary healthcare, diagnostics and hospitalisation under a single subscription.
Other startups in the sector include Superhealth, which offers subscription-based consultations and diagnostics alongside fixed-price medical procedures, and Oncare, which raised Rs 27 crore in a Series A funding round in February 2026 to expand its specialised cancer care centres.
These models aim to improve access to healthcare through preventive care, predictable costs and coordinated treatment.
