With less than a month to go before Rivals season 2 returns, excitement for the next chapter in the fabulous Disney+ adaptation of Jilly Cooper’s irresistible romp couldn't be higher – and Radio Times readers have the chance to dive headfirst into the world of Rutshire before anyone else.
Held at London's BFI Southbank on Tuesday 10 November, the latest instalment of An Evening with Radio Times... at the BFI will feature an exclusive screening of the latest episode of Rivals, followed by a Q&A with cast and creatives to mark the return of the hit drama, completely free of charge.
Since the second season left us on a major cliffhanger earlier this year, Rivals fans have been clamouring to find out just how things have panned out in Rutshire.
So, it's just as well that this exclusive preview screening of episode seven will be followed by an on-stage Q&A with stars of the show to help fill us in on the lives and loves of many of the show’s most beloved characters.
If you want to be among the first to know what happens next, here’s your chance to apply for tickets for our exclusive screening (see below). And for those Rivals fans who miss out, don’t despair – episodes will be released weekly after a bumper three-episode premiere on Wednesday 11 November.

Based on Dame Jilly Cooper’s bestselling and beloved Rutshire Chronicles, the return of the series is eagerly anticipated. Naturally, all eyes are on the good – and occasionally bad – residents of Rutshire to see what comes next.
Because despite the ruthless manoeuvring in the boardroom (and occasionally the bedroom) as Corinium vs Venturer slug it out to be the TV top dog, season 2 has been dominated by surprise relationships, delicious scandal, occasional treachery and tender romance. Plus, of course, seduction in spades.
View Green Video on the source websiteThe recently released trailer gives us a taste of what's to come as the stakes rise ever higher. The description reads: "As the return to the scandal and excess of 1987 edges closer, the residents of Rutshire reunite for more revelry, rivalry and romance, but as the stakes ramp-up they must face tragedy, heartbreak, backstabbing, and betrayal head on.
"Episodes 7-12 pick up after the heartbreaking mid-series finale. Tony Baddingham and Declan O'Hara's battle for the Cotswolds crown reaches fever pitch, while Rupert Campbell-Black is forced to confront his own personal demons."
It continues: "Against a backdrop of hedonistic parties, Bonfire Night chaos, the Hampshire Hunt Ball and a turbulent Christmas, affairs unravel, alliances fracture and rivalries intensify. Caught in the middle of the frenzied franchise war, Taggie O'Hara must find the courage to follow her heart, while those around her face the consequences of ambition, power and secrets that can no longer remain hidden. But as series two draws to a close, who will get their happy ending?"
Rivals season 2 returns to Disney+ on Wednesday 11 November with a three-episode premiere, followed by weekly episode drops until the finale on 2 December.
