Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with the representatives of MEDxAI Innovations Pvt. Ltd., a deep-tech startup incubated at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Chennai, during the inauguration of the Chennai Metro Rail phase 2 on Sunday (October 11, 2026).
The company’s Chief Executive Officer Sheena C. Pravin presented the company’s artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum computational intelligence solutions for medical diagnostics and drug discovery, according to a press release.
The company was selected for the iAccelerate Programme facilitated by iTNT Hub in June 2026. The product profile was forwarded to STPI in New Delhi and the PM’s Office. Following an online screening meeting this month, the company was selected for the interaction.
