Meghan Markle hasn’t appeared at any events in the U.K. this week, but the Duchess of Sussex is active on social media as she teases her brand As Ever’s holiday collection.
In promotional images and a video for the line, Meghan showed off her holiday style, wearing not one but two Khaite looks. The first ensemble was decidedly dressier—and notably all white long after Labor Day. The duchess wore Khaite’s ivory Ria dress with an emerald Logan Hollowell necklace and a ring from the jeweler.
For her second look, Meghan chose more casual pieces, including Khaite’s Vin knit top in fall’s It color, olive. She paired it with jeans from the brand.
While As Ever’s team remains based in California, Meghan has been hard at work on her brand in the U.K. She has also been taking steps to revive her acting career.
Though People reported earlier this week that she is no longer in talks for The Gentlemen season 3, Meghan is still quietly reviewing scripts. A source told The Telegraph that she has been advised not to speak about what projects she’s considering with her friends or her wider circle.
“They’re being very cautious about which scripts they agree to read at the moment,” the source explained of Meghan and her team. “Everyone knows that whatever Meghan’s first film or show turns out to be, it’s going to attract huge interest. The prospect of seeing her return to acting will drive big audiences, and ultimately, someone—whether it’s Netflix, Amazon, or another studio—is going to make a lot of money from it.”
