Let them cook. The Milwaukee Bucks, that is.
Just ahead of the 2026-27 season, the team unveiled its lineup of new food offerings for Bucks games at Fiserv Forum during a media preview Monday, Oct. 19.
It includes smash burgers and smash tacos, a twist on barbecue, new desserts and more.
"Our goal was simple: To create an experience that goes beyond traditional arena fare and delivers memorable flavors from the moment fans walk through our doors until the final buzzer sounds," said Marlene Duke, senior executive chef of Fiserv Forum and the Deer District. "This year's lineup reflects creativity, passion and innovation of our culinary team."
Mason Gohlke, the arena's and Deer District's vice president of hospitality, announced a couple of new concession areas: The Spot, a cheesecake stand at Section 104, and The Loaded Lineup at Section 111, where fans can deck out Johnsonville brats or hot dogs with various toppings.
Fiserv also has three new Palermo's Pizza stands − at Sections 108, 119 and 224 − that will serve Roman-style-crust pizza.
Fizz, the dirty soda concept the arena debuted last season, will be returning with its non-alcoholic drink options, like the Shark Attack, Cream City Creamsicle and Strawberry Breeze.
Throughout the season, there will be rotating game-day food and cocktail specials, featured items and seasonal menu features, the team said.
The Bucks also announced a new Wisconsin-based meat partner, with its meats available to premium guests via the suites menu, as well as the BMO Club carving station.
The Bucks' regular season starts Oct. 21 in Washington against the Wizards. Their Fiserv Forum opener is Oct. 23 vs. the Chicago Bulls.
"We're excited for our fans to experience everything new that we have, from Taylor Jenkins to our exciting young, competitive young players, to all of these new food items," said Dustin Godsey, Bucks chief marketing and sales officer.
