Of course, Ugg needs little introduction. The Southern California footwear brand has long been beloved for its impossibly cozy, shearling-lined boots, which we find ourselves reaching for year after year as temperatures dip.
And while cooler weather is reason enough to revisit our Ugg collections (a few of my own well-loved pairs are admittedly overdue for an upgrade), this season brings an especially stylish excuse to refresh our lineup, courtesy of a new collaboration with JW Anderson.
Shop Editor-Favorite Ugg x JW Anderson Styles
The limited-edition, unisex collection reimagines two of Ugg’s most recognizable silhouettes, the Classic Boot and Tasman, with the London-based label’s signature loafer-inspired details. Aptly named the Loafer Boot and Loafer, priced at $400 and $300, respectively, the new styles combine Ugg’s plush materials and signature cushioning with rounded toes, contrasting box stitching, and an unexpectedly polished finish. After a first look at the collection, I have a feeling fashion lovers will be clamoring to secure a pair before they sell out.

Founded nearly two decades ago by Jonathan Anderson, JW Anderson is known for its colorful yet refined approach to design. Anderson, who now serves as creative director of Dior after a celebrated tenure at Loewe, has long had a penchant for putting unexpected spins on classic footwear, making this playful, modern reinterpretation of Ugg’s signature styles feel particularly fitting.
