Ryan Clemas, Blue Mountain: Clemas has done a phenomenal job at opening holes for Blue Mountain’s rushers with 21 pancake blocks. He’s also able to stop opposing rushers with 6 tackles for loss.
Joel Corona, Mahanoy Area: Corona is a key part of paving the way for a Golden Bears’ rushing attack that is always a big-play threat.
Jerry Harrison, Panther Valley: When it comes to breaking into opposing backfields from the defensive tackle position, Harrison is among the best in the Schuylkill League. His three sacks and eight tackles for loss are both team highs.
Kolbey Buffington, Pine Grove: Buffington’s 34 total tackles and three sacks are both second-highest among the Pine Grove defense. He’s also capable of taking some carries and catching some targets on offense.
Sam Mentusky, Shenandoah Valley: The Blue Devils will need to take points wherever they can get them against the Williams Valley defense. With the ability to hit from long range, Mentusky can help increase that total.
Koen Zilinski, Williams Valley: Zilinski is a big reason for the success of the Vikings’ run game, and is also a force on defense with 36 total tackles, second among Williams Valley defensive linemen.
