The woman, identified as Maggie, rolled her wheelchair up to the co-driver's door and waited as the tout came to her aid.
He opened the door, then carefully lifted her onto the seat, making sure she was comfortable before doing anything else.
"Are you okay Maggie," he asked once she was seated, checking on her before turning his attention to the wheelchair, which he folded and stowed safely for when she would need it again at her destination.

Maggie's Journey From Thika to Nairobi
Maggie was travelling from Thika to Nairobi's central business district and later shared her experience on Facebook, where she praised the Super Metro crew for making the trip possible.
"From Thika to Nairobi, every journey brings me closer to my dreams. Grateful to the Super Metro crew for helping me board the bus and making my journey easier," she wrote.
Beyond the gratitude, Maggie used the moment to speak about a larger issue close to her heart: the lack of disability-friendly public service vehicles in Kenya.
She expressed a personal ambition to one day own a wheelchair-accessible vehicle that would give her more independence when travelling, attending fitness events, and reaching people she hopes to inspire.
"Until then, I'll keep showing up, pushing forward, and proving that physical challenges cannot stop a determined mind," she added.
Kenyans Praise Super Metro Tout's Rare Kindness
The clip drew a wave of admiration from Kenyans online, with many calling the tout's behaviour an example of humanity at its best.
Anne Mhumble:
"Some conductor's have good heart. Bro May God bless you. Such kindness is rare."
Melanie Jeptoo:
"Someone give me the number for the conductor I buy him flowers."
Jackson Musyimi:
"Broo be blessed never listen people's words wait God will pay you. Salimia huyo mkubwa sana."
Ngugi P Ngugi:
"Huyo conductor abarikiwe sana."
In a matatu culture often criticised for reckless driving and impatient crew members, the tout's quiet act of care stood out, reminding many Kenyans that small gestures of dignity can carry enormous weight.
