Police in Kisoro District have launched investigations into the execution-style shooting of a prominent local businessman and his wife outside their home, detailing how the couple was cornered on a narrow road before being killed.
Giving an account of how the couple met their death, police spokesperson ACP Kituuma Rusoke revealed on Monday, October 19, that Africano Nteziyaremye and his wife, Peace Kyompeire, were attacked at their gate by an armed assailant as they returned home accompanied by their shop attendant.
