The position of head of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) has finally been filled after remaining vacant for more than a year.
UNAMA’s Strategic Communications Chief has confirmed to Amu TV that Rabab Fatima, the UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, arrived in Kabul on Saturday and has officially begun her duties.
