The Federal Investigation Agency has activated an official helpline for its Pre-Departure Facilitation Desk at Islamabad International Airport to guide passengers on travel documents, immigration requirements and other travel-related matters.
According to FIA officials, passengers can contact the helpline at 0303-5099581 during office hours from 9am to 5pm.
The facility has been introduced to help travellers check their documents, understand immigration requirements and avoid unnecessary problems at the airport.
Passengers can also visit the FIA Pre-Departure Facilitation Desk at Islamabad International Airport for document checking and guidance.
The FIA clarified that 0300-5805760 is not the official helpline number of the desk.
Officials advised passengers to use only the official number 0303-5099581 for assistance and information related to travel documents and immigration matters.
