International gospel star Everton Mlalazi is heading to Johannesburg, where he will join some of South Africa’s biggest gospel names for the fifth annual Replenishment Concert on October 31.
The Zimbabwean singer and songwriter is among the headline acts set to take to the stage at Sandown High Top Field in Sandton for a day of praise, worship and celebration.
Now in its fifth year, the concert is entering a new chapter as it moves from its previous home at SuperSport Park in Centurion to Johannesburg for the first time.
For Mlalazi, the event presents another opportunity to connect with South African audiences through the worship music that has earned him recognition across the continent.
The award-winning vocalist first made his mark through The Vine Music Ministry, which he founded in 2014, before establishing himself as a solo artist. Since then, he has collaborated with prominent names in African gospel and built a following through his In the Presence series.
His approach to music centres on creating an atmosphere of genuine worship, making him a fitting addition to a concert built around spiritual renewal.
Tbo Touch promises a bigger Replenishment Concert
With just days to go before the event, organiser Tbo Touch says this year's edition promises to be a memorable experience for gospel music lovers.
“We are a few days away from it. Let us all praise and worship the Lord on October 31st. Just when you think we are done. It’s getting bigger and more special with the world renowned Judith Sephuma for the first time performing at The Replenishment Concert,” he told IOL.
Touch also highlighted Mlalazi's inclusion as one of the major draws for this year's concert.
“I'm certainly sure gospel fans wouldn't want to miss the performance from Everton Mlalazi who's the international act on this year's concert, we going bigger and bigger,” he said.
Mlalazi will share the stage with an impressive line-up of gospel artists, including Judith Sephuma, Kabelo Mabalane, Joyous Celebration, Xolly Mncwango, Dr Tumi, Nothando Hlophe, Mmatema, Sbu Noah, Jumbo, The Jesus Collective and Khaya Mthethwa, among others.
Sephuma and Mabalane are among the notable additions to the programme, adding to an already strong line-up of established and contemporary gospel voices.
Replenishment Concert enters a new chapter
Launched in 2022, the Replenishment Concert was created to bring faith, music and family together through a shared experience of praise and worship.
After four editions at SuperSport Park, the move to Sandton marks a significant change for the event as it continues to expand its reach.
Mlalazi's presence also brings an international dimension to the fifth edition, with the singer known for music that seeks to draw listeners into worship rather than simply entertain an audience.
With a mix of established gospel favourites, celebrated vocalists and an international act, the organisers are hoping to make this year's concert one of the most memorable yet.
The 2026 Replenishment Concert takes place on Saturday, October 31, at Sandown High Top Field, corner Rivonia and Grayston Drive, Sandton.
Gates open at 11.00am with the programme running from noon until 11.00pm. The event is billed as a family-friendly day of gospel music, worship and entertainment.
