“We continue to grow our ecosystem services in Zambia and expand local partnerships, creating more opportunities for businesses to grow with Yango. Launching Yango Ads is a strategic next step in that development. It opens a new way for businesses to connect with customers through the services they use on a regular basis and strengthens our investment in infrastructure for the local business community,” said Kabanda Chewe, Country Head, Yango Zambia.
“We use global Yango Ads technologies to help businesses in Zambia find new opportunities for growth: reach out more people with ads, raise customers loyalty and get more sales. Our role is to combine popular service and local expertise and transfer them into new ways how brands and users can interact across Yango superapp,” comments Torez Gengiah, Yango Ads Partnership Lead for Africa.
Advertising in the Yango superapp helps businesses reach customers at different moments, whether they are booking a ride, ordering food or arranging a delivery.
For example, a brand can present an offer when a customer books a ride and continue engaging them while they wait and travel. Campaigns can combine banners, video ads and interactive formats to support the entire customer journey, from the first contact to repeat purchases and long-term loyalty.
