Lotte Premium Outlets is opening the largest Polo Ralph Lauren outlet store in the Seoul metropolitan area at its Giheung branch.
The Giheung branch said on the 16th that it was opening the roughly 1,000-square-meter store on the second basement level that day. It is Polo Ralph Lauren's first new outlet store in South Korea in five years and the largest in the greater Seoul area. All products are being sold at discounts of up to 60%.
The store brings together the brand's main product lines, from fashion to kids and home goods. The kids and home categories have been expanded in particular to reflect the Giheung branch's customer base, which draws a large number of family visitors. The store carries a range of home products that reflect the brand's signature style.
To mark the opening, Lotte Outlets is offering Polo Ralph Lauren tumblers, beach towels and coloring books as gifts on a first-come, first-served basis from the 16th through the 18th, depending on the amount spent. A calligraphy experience event will also run from the 31st of this month through the 1st of next month.
"We have prepared a wide range of collections befitting the largest outlet store in the greater Seoul area, so it will be a distinctive shopping space the whole family can enjoy together," said Jung Yun-yong, head of the outlet and mall fashion team at Lotte Department Store.
