Kun Khalifat FC technical adviser, Obinna Uzoho, has expressed satisfaction with the team’s victory over Shooting Stars.
Goals from Agor Chukwuma and Onuoha Uchechukwu goals gave the Owerri-based club a 2-0 win against the Oluyole Warriors at the Dan Anyiam Stadium on Sunday.
Uzoho said that his players’ performance showed their level of improvement in the league.
Kun Khalifat FC have recorded two wins, two draws and four defeats in eight matches in this campaign.
“I’m so happy because the most important thing is the fans and the atmosphere is very lively because of the victory,” Uzoho told Puyaka.
“The victory showed our improvement and we expect more to come in subsequent matches.”
Kun Khalifat will trade tackles with Doma United in a matchday nine fixture in Gombe next weekend.
