Samsung is all set to retain a familiar display strategy for its next flagship range. The Galaxy S27, S27+ and Galaxy S27 Ultra are tipped to feature 6.27-inch, 6.66-inch and 6.89-inch screens, respectively. As reported by SammyGuru, transparent and privacy-screen tempered-glass protectors will be available for all three models. They indicate only modest changes to the front design and broadly match earlier display-size reports.
Galaxy S27 Ultra: Key Features
The base Galaxy S27 remains the most compact model in the series. Its 6.27-inch screen would make it a suitable option for users who prefer a smaller flagship phone.
The Galaxy S27+ is expected to occupy the middle ground with a 6.66-inch display. The Galaxy S27 Ultra will continue as the largest model, with a 6.89-inch screen aimed at productivity, gaming and multimedia users.
Separate leaks point to 256GB and 512GB storage variants across the standard and Ultra models. The Galaxy S27 and S27+ may launch with 8GB or 12GB of RAM, depending on the chosen configuration. The Galaxy S27 Ultra is expected to offer 12GB of RAM with 256GB or 512GB storage. Samsung may reserve a 16GB RAM and 1TB storage version exclusively for the Ultra.
Memory Strategy Under Focus
The reported configurations suggest Samsung could retain 8GB RAM as the entry-level option on the standard and models. Buyers seeking more memory may need to choose a 12GB variant or upgrade to the Ultra.
The tech giant is evaluating LPDDR6 RAM and UFS 5.0 storage for its higher-end Pro and Ultra models. Samsung is expected to keep its established three-model structure while refining performance, camera capabilities, and premium storage options.
The Galaxy S27 series is expected to launch in early 2027. Samsung could delay the launch to January, although February remains a possibility. However, Samsung is yet to confirm these details.
