They’ve taken the age-old art of having a right raucous tear-up, stripped it of all the most unpalatable, intoxicating, Sunday-bothering elements, and repackaged it as an experience purer to the mediums it represents. One of the pioneering banner-carriers for the trend in the UAE is Fred’s Coffee Party. Winners of Best Coffee Parties at the What’s On Nightlife Awards 2025, these trailblazers brought together the boiler room and the boiling brew, electronica and Arabica – they’re still all about banging sets, just less about the banging head the next morning. Raves on waves: Fred’s Coffee Party takes to the sea
The next adventure for Fred’s will be making waves in a more literal sense. After getting their feet wet at an Aquaventure aquraium earlier this year, they’re bringing their decks on deck, taking their single-origin roast on a boat, Starbucks on the starboard side, and cortados on the port side. That’s right, their sober knees-up is going nautical with an exclusive Fred’s fiesta on a superyacht.

Taking place on Sunday, October 18 between 4pm and sunset, this very special edition of Fred’s dance dynasty comes with free-flow coffee and matcha. Throw in some rolling surf and looping basslines and raised hands towards the setting sun and you have yourself a sea-top safari that represents the very pinnacle of wholesome questmaxxing.
