The opening ceremony of Health centre №1 of the city of Mary took place along Oguzhan street in the administrative centre of the Mary velayat. This facility became a festive gift for medical workers and city residents of the region on the occasion of Healthcare and Medical Industry Workers Day of Turkmenistan.
In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, large-scale work is being carried out in our country to develop the healthcare system. The high-tech medical centres and health centres under construction are clear evidence of this. In the Mary velayat, a number of modern healthcare facilities are also being consistently expanded.
The commissioned Health centre includes an administrative department, an admissions unit, a consultative-diagnostic and bacteriological department, a physiotherapy department, a laboratory, rooms for radiation diagnostics, ultrasound examination (ultrasound), echocardiography, electrocardiography, endoscopy, gastroscopy, colonoscopy, colposcopy, a day hospital, as well as offices of highly specialised specialists and family doctors.
All the necessary facilities have been created here for examining patients and carrying out treatment procedures at a high level. The innovative equipment installed in the House of Health represents cutting-edge medical technology from renowned European companies. It meets international standards and allows for highly accurate diagnosis of diseases in a short period of time. Doctors at the House of Health will provide health promotion services to citizens assigned to this institution in the city of Mary.
The two-story modernised building of the Health centre further enhances architectural appearance of the city. Construction and installation works for the major reconstruction of the facility were carried out by builders from the private enterprise «Yhlasa ynam».
The House of conference hall of the Health is equipped with everything necessary for holding various events and meetings for healthcare workers. A modern lighting system makes the building even more attractive at night. A water tank has been installed for the needs of the new healthcare facility, and a parking lot has also been set up.
The opening ceremony of the House of Health brought together numerous guests. The ceremony was attended by specialists from the Mary velayat administration, members of the Mejlis, members of the Halk Maslahaty, heads of public organisations, representatives of the older generation, healthcare workers, and students. The speeches proudly noted the successes achieved by Turkmenistan thanks to the efforts of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Hero-Arkadag in the healthcare system and in the field of public health. Further evidence of this is the reopening of Health centre №1 of Mary, which has been modernised and now offers all the necessary conditions for medical professionals to work and receive high-quality services.
The festive atmosphere of the event was enhanced by inspiring performances by cultural figures and artists, as well as happy children. A joyful moment of the ceremony was the presentation of valuable gifts on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan to workers who distinguished themselves during the construction of the facility. In addition, on behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, a Mercedes-Benz mobile medical complex equipped with X-ray and fluorographic equipment was donated to Health centre № 1 in Mary.
The opening of the new Health centre in the year of the 35th anniversary of the sacred independence of the Fatherland has inspired a spirited response from healthcare workers striving to provide high-quality services to citizens.
