The possibility of the Union government convening a special session of Parliament later this month to revive and secure the passage of crucial constitutional amendment bills relating to women’s reservation and delimitation gained fresh momentum on Thursday, with highly placed sources in the Lok Sabha saying that such a sitting “cannot be ruled out”.
