Cayla Grey Velvet the Scentline, $30
I pretty much never leave the house without wearing some kind of fragrance. Still, I don’t necessarily want to go beast mode all the time. These Scentline perfume balms from Cayla Grey are incredibly subtle, which I love, and they also glide seamlessly onto skin — not usually the case with jelly balms. I basically haven’t stopped doodling on myself with Velvet. It’s like the perfume equivalent of a fidget spinner.

When InkeyLab, part of The Inkey List, launched as a small-batch test-and-learn drop in the U.K., it kept selling out and never made it across the pond. Now, the PDRN serum just launched as a mainstay exclusive on Amazon. As a Brit, I’ve always admired The Inkey List’s mission of bringing luxury skin care to the masses and this product is no exception. This vegan PDRN serum gives my skin an instant glass glow and creates a smooth base for makeup.

Few texturizing products have the traction and staying power to hold my hair for longer than a few minutes. So imagine my surprise when the one innovation to stick — literally — turns out to be one marketed for men. BetterDays Grip Powder is formulated to lift, condition and smooth the roots and contains arrowroot extract, provitamin B5, vitamin E and sunflower extract. Bonus: It’s housed in a pump bottle, making it easy to apply and distribute the powder directly. Hello volume!

My latest K Beauty obsession isn’t skin care — it’s for the home. Hinok’s The Spray, comprised of 100 percent distilled hinoki cypress water from Jeju, neutralizes odors on fabrics rather than masking them. Two spritzes and my clothes are instantly refreshed.
