Jennie Garth's 90210 podcast is wrapping up a rewatch of season eight, and after five years has finally welcomed one of the last remaining co-stars to join the pod – Jason Priestley.
The pair have not publicly been seen together in three years, but have remained friends in the decades since the show ended. However, Jason, who played Brandon in the teen drama, revealed at the beginning of the episode that he had never visited her house, a moment that shocked Jennie, joking that she was "not very hospitable."

Jason, a '90s heartthrob, posed for pictures with Jennie, who wore a "I love Brandon" tee that she said she found on eBay, and his sparkling blue eyes were as clear as they were during the show's heyday.
The once clean-shaven actor is now rocking a salt-and-pepper beard and has kept his hair in a slicked-back style, reminiscent of the '90s.

Jennie and Jason's on-screen chemistry was not off-screen
During the episode, the pair discussed their on-screen chemistry, although Jennie apologized for never having "the hots for you. No offense."
"I had the hots for Brandon, but just you as a person, you always felt like such a brother to me. And then like an older brother," she said.
Jennie played Kelly, a longtime love interest of Brandon's, and Jennie revealed her disappointment that show bosses decided to pivot from the original plan of having the pair marry. Viewers instead saw the two call off their wedding and Brandon left for DC, with Jason leaving the show.

90210 was a story of the haves and the have-nots
90210 followed a group of friends living in Beverly Hills as they transitioned from high school to college and into the adult world. The first season followed Brandon and his twin sister Brenda (Shannon Doherty) as they moved from Minnesota to one of the worlds most expensive zip codes and were thrust into a world of wealth.
It also starred Luke Perry and Tori Spelling.

Jason also revealed how he called on showrunner Aaron Spelling to end the show while it was still on a high.
"I couldn't see a light at the end of the tunnel. And I kept talking to Aaron about it. And I was like, 'Aaron, man, let's end this. Let's go out on top. The show's great. The numbers are still good. Let's do this. Let's call it. Let's write it to the ending that we want to see. And let's stop the show,'" recalled Jason.
"And Aaron just said, 'no, what are you talking about?'"

The show ended after season 10 in 2000, and Jason made a video cameo in the finale. Both Jason and Jennie also returned for the Fox reboot in 2019.
Luke Perry and Shannon Doherty have both since passed
In the 26 years since the show ended, the cast have reconnected at various points, but have also suffered heartache with the deaths of Luke and Shannon in the last 10 years
"We are forever lashed together because of our shared experience," said Jason, with Jennie admitting that the "familial" feeling is "comforting."
