PeakDo's LinkPower Pod 1 now comes in a new color that replaces the limited edition color released at launch. The cylindrical power bank designed for the Starlink Mini is also still available to buy at a discount.
A few months ago, PeakDo launched the LinkPower Pod 1, a cylindrical power bank designed for powering the Starlink Mini. Now, it has launched a new version of the power bank, and like the first variant, it is available at a discounted price.
The new version of the PeakDO LinkPower Pod 1 has the same features as the original version. However, unlike the original, which was a limited edition (200 units) called Magenta, the new version is actually a new color called Cosmic Orange.
PeakDo says the Magenta limited edition is now out of stock and is being replaced with the Cosmic Orange variant. The new version is available to buy now for $169, 15% off its $199 launch price. And if you buy two units, you pay $299 instead of $398. The LinkPower Pod 1 is currently available to buy on the manufacturer's website, but we hope it will be available on Amazon in the near future like other PeakDo products.
The PeakDo LinkPower Pod 1 has a 99Wh battery capacity, that provides over 4.5 hours of use when connected to the Starlink Mini. It is also possible to stack two units on top of each other for a longer runtime. The power bank features a USB-C port with two-way charging (65W output and 100W input), and a DC output port (65W max).
The LinkPower Pod 1 has a 1.47-inch display that shows battery level, power output, time, and connection status, as it has Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Amazon Cloud support, which allows users to remotely monitor the power bank. It has an IP65 rating and is safe to take on flights. PeakDo ships it with a USB-C cable, a DC cable, a storage bag, a 1/4 screw, a silicone anti-slip ring, and a ball head that you can use to attach it to a camera.
