Colombo, Oct. 20 (Daily Mirror) - A restaurant owner who was shot by unidentified assailants travelling in a car in the Soysapura area of Moratuwa has succumbed to his injuries, police said.
According to the Police Media Spokesperson, the victim was shot by the assailants, who arrived at the scene in a vehicle, and was subsequently admitted to hospital for treatment.
The motive behind the shooting and the identities of the suspects have not yet been established. Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
