The Fujitsu FMV Mouse X (X01MB) features magnetic-switch buttons as well as both top and side scroll wheels. All functions are programmable using the FMV Accessory app. It can connect via Bluetooth 6.1, a wireless adapter, or a USB-C cable.
Fujitsu has unveiled the FMV Mouse X (model X01MB) in Japan. The mouse was created to fit Japanese hand sizes, with a focus on comfort during long hours of work.
The FMV Mouse X comes with two top mouse buttons, a center scroll wheel, two side buttons, and a side scroll wheel. Its two scroll wheels enable horizontal and vertical scrolling, making it easier to navigate documents, spreadsheets, and webpages with less mouse movement. Magnetic switches and buttons are used for long life and accuracy.
All of the buttons and wheels are programmable in the FMV Accessories app. Presets can also be created for different use scenarios.
A connection button located just behind the center scroll wheel switches between up to four paired Bluetooth 6.1 devices. A DPI button on the bottom toggles through settings from 100 to 8,000 dpi in 100 dpi increments.
The Mouse X has an MSRP of 14,850 yen (~$95) and can be purchased from the FMV Store in Japan. Readers outside Japan with larger hands might consider the Acer OMR272 ergonomic mouse with dual scroll wheels (sold here on Amazon).
