Yamaha Riders Club (YRC) marked National Road Safety Day on 22 October with a nationwide awareness campaign promoting responsible road use and safer driving practices.
The campaign was held nationwide, with 84 YRC groups participating, according to the press release.
Club members distributed awareness leaflets and displayed placards at various locations, sharing road safety messages with motorcyclists, public transport drivers, pedestrians and other road users.
As part of the initiative, members repainted speed breakers near schools, colleges, madrasas and other important locations to improve visibility and safety around educational institutions and other busy areas.
Through these activities, the club highlighted the importance of obeying traffic regulations, wearing helmets, maintaining safe speeds and practising responsible road behaviour.
The nationwide initiative aimed to raise public awareness and encourage a culture of road safety, emphasising the shared responsibility of all road users.
