$3.6M Edmonton home comes with a private sauna and ravine views

There’s a magazine-worthy home for sale in Edmonton that comes with its own sauna, home theatre, and unreal views of MacKinnon Ravine.

This home, located at 14530 Ravine Dr. NW, has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and 3,353 square feet of modern living space.

Designed by Alloy Homes in 2017, with interiors by Connie Young Design, the custom home features contemporary architecture and a private ravine setting surrounded by mature trees.

It was listed for $3.62 million.

The main floor features a sculptural open-riser staircase, a dining room overlooking the trees, and a kitchen with Wolf appliances, an enormous island, and a separate servery.

The living room takes advantage of the surrounding landscape with floor-to-ceiling windows and centres on a stone-faced linear fireplace.

Upstairs, a family room opens onto a treetop balcony, while a separate office nook provides a bright spot to work from home.

Two additional bedrooms are also on this floor, alongside the primary bedroom, which has more massive windows, as well as its own fireplace, a five-piece ensuite, and a large dressing room.

The lower level is well-suited for your next at-home wellness retreat, with a home theatre, a bar with a Sub-Zero wine fridge, a gym, a sauna, two more bedrooms, and heated floors.

Lutron controls, integrated audiovisual systems, and a large yard with an outdoor fireplace round out the other luxurious features found on this property.

“Quiet is the true luxury,” the listing reads.

Backing directly onto MacKinnon Ravine, the property also offers easy access to Stony Plain Road, putting you in a convenient spot to enjoy everything Edmonton has to offer.
