IDP IELTS Cambodia and VANDA University have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to expand access to internationally recognised English-language testing services and reliable IELTS information, empowering students to make informed decisions as they pursue their educational and professional aspirations.
The MoU was formalised on October 22 by Mr. Mao Sreng, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of IDP Education Cambodia, the Australian Centre for Education (ACE) and IDP IELTS Cambodia, and H.E. Dr. Heng Vanda, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of VANDA University.
Recognised by more than 13,500 organisations worldwide — including universities, employers and government agencies — the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is the world’s most popular high-stakes English-language proficiency test.
Highlighting the critical role of English language proficiency in today’s globalised landscape, Mr. Mao Sreng emphasised that strong language skills are foundational to unlocking international doors.
“Our partnership with VANDA University reflects IDP IELTS Cambodia’s commitment to making globally recognised English-language testing services more accessible. By expanding access to IELTS registration services and relevant information, we aim to provide greater convenience for test takers as they prepare to master these skills and pursue educational, professional and international opportunities,” he noted.
