One of those games where it's hard to praise too many players.
In reality, it was an incredibly poor second half performance from everyone, but David Moyes is someone who also has to take a large percentage of the blame.
Individually, there weren't many who had an absolute disaster, but the overall team performance was incredibly disappointing.
Everton were unbeaten heading into this game, and it was always going to be difficult facing a free-scoring Chelsea side.
The Toffees certainly showed up in the first half, but they completely collapsed after the break.
Here are our player ratings from the defeat against Chelsea on Saturday lunchtime.
Jordan Pickford - 5.5
Pickford did make some good saves throughout, but there's no doubt he could have done better for Chelsea's first goal.
That's becoming a bit of a familiar story so far this season, and he needs to step it up a level if Everton are going to turn draws into wins and get back on track.
Ainsley Maitland-Niles - 5
It was another disappointing performance from Maitland-Niles. After a strong start to the season, the 29-year-old has started to go downhill, and he certainly was one of the players at fault for Chelsea's first goal.
David Moyes opted to substitute him shortly after halftime, with Merlin Rohl coming in at right-back.
James Tarkowski - 6.5
One of the few players in the team who did little wrong throughout the game. Looked a lot more comfortable in possession than usual and was relatively strong defensively, and couldn't do much about Chelsea's goals.
Jarrad Branthwaite - 6
Wasn't a disastrous performance by Jarrad Branthwaite, by any means, but he didn't stand out at the back. Defensively, Everton weren't too disappointing. It was obvious areas of the pitch that were more of a concern.
Vitalii Mykolenko - 6.5
Probably one of Everton's better performers in this game. There's no doubt Everton are a better side when Vitalii Mykolenko is in it at the moment.
One criticism would be that he didn't offer enough going forward and often left Jack Grealish isolated.
James Garner - 5
A real lack of progression from deep, which prevented Everton from being able to get into attacking areas. Garner didn't offer loads from a defensive perspective as he normally would and struggled to make himself available in pressurised areas in order to help Everton build from the back.
Harrison Armstrong - 6
Another one of Everton's better performers throughout the game. Armstrong was everywhere throughout, but, like Garner, didn't offer us a lot in terms of on the ball.
Everton lacked someone to progress the ball from deep against Chelsea, and there was a real fear of playing through midfield.

Merlin Rohl - 5.5
Rohl offered very little for Everton going forward and didn't offer enough defensively, so his selection wasn’t justified in hindsight.
Rohl showed nothing in terms of creating opportunities or looking to take on his man, and was clearly in the side to be more of a defensive option than attacking.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall - 6
Dewsbury-Hall didn't do an awful lot wrong against Chelsea, but also didn't make enough of an impact.
He was fairly anonymous for Everton in the final third, but that wasn't all through his own doing, with Everton struggling to get the ball forward.
Jack Grealish - 6.5
This was one of Grealish's better performances for Everton compared to recent weeks. He looked to play a lot more quickly and was trying to get the ball into the box.
Grealish was isolated a lot, with Everton struggling to commit bodies forward, so he couldn't be at his true best.
Thierno Barry - 6
It's difficult to give Barry a lower score than this due to how much of a difficult role it was for him in that game.
Everton were lumping the ball forward to him often against three defenders, making it really difficult for him to hold the ball up and bring others into play.
Barry could have certainly done better in situations and should have done better with his header, but it was still a thankless task up front.
