ECRL one-way fares to Kota Bharu start at RM125
GOMBAK: One-way Economy Class fares for the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) from Gombak to Kota Bharu will start at RM125 when commercial passenger services begin in mid-December.
Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd (MRL) chief executive officer Datuk Seri Darwis Abdul Razak announced today that fares for the 523km journey would start at RM125 for Transit services and RM147 for Express services.

He said fares from Gombak to Kuala Terengganu would start at RM95 for Transit services and RM110 for Express services.
Meanwhile, fares for journeys to KotaSAS, near Kuantan, would start at RM60 for Transit services and RM68 for Express services.
Ticket sales are scheduled to begin in mid-November, with fares varying according to travel periods, passenger demand and seat availability.
