KATHMANDU, Oct 16: Nepali Congress President-elect Gagan Thapa will take the oath of office at 2 pm on Saturday at the party’s central office in Sanepa, Kathmandu.
The party scheduled the ceremony after completing the vote count for its 15th General Convention, which elected Thapa as president.
