TAIPEI -- Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. has reported record quarterly profit, up 68.7% year-on-year in the July-September period, marking its sixth consecutive quarter of record earnings, as the AI boom continues to fuel demand for cutting-edge and supporting chips.
